Job Description
PERFORMANCE DATA ANALYSIS COORDINATOR
Information Management

Assist the Information Management Division in the collection, analysis, and reporting of system data.  Provide technical support to internal and external customers regarding data quality and utilization of data for statistical analysis.  Administer and maintain the Skills Centers Student Information System.
 
Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science preferred or career training in data processing or applicable certification.  Minimum of 3 years’ experience in computer file maintenance, records management, and reporting writing/analysis.  Working knowledge of basic SQL programming and relational database structure preferred.
 
Requires skills in Microsoft Office; strong oral and written communication skills; planning and organization skills; teamwork; and customer service skills.  Due to working with student information and inmate information, this individual must maintain complete confidentiality with all data.   
 
Position based in Stillwater, OK.  Normal office environment. Some travel and valid driver’s license required.  Some job functions may be performed within a correctional environment.  Entry and exit from the workplace may be controlled by correctional facility.
 
Duties/Essential Functions:
  1. Train and provide technical assistance to Skills Center staff on usage of the Skill Centers Student Information System
  2. Query, compile, analyze and report system data including Skills Center data.
  3. Interpret and implement processes and system changes to provide data for state, federal and Department of Corrections requirements
  4. Create and/or update Skills Centers Student Information System guidebooks
  5. Collaborate with members of the testing division to implement certifications and badging in both Skills Center Student Information System and CTIMS.
  6. Provide direction to programming team related to Skills Center Student Information System refinements and ongoing processes.
  7. Assist the information management team in ensuring that day-to-day operations of the Information Management Division comply with ODCTE policies and regulations.
  8. Crosstrain with other Information Management Division staff on CTIMS processes, reporting, and data analysis.
  9. Other duties and special assignments as necessary.
 
Salary/Benefits: $51,985.95 - $58,421.34 commensurate with education or experience. Total salary and benefits package valued at $64,780.30 - $71,700.08.
