The City of Stillwater is hosting a meet-and-greet reception for the outgoing and newly elected City Council mayor on Monday, April 20 from 4:30 to 5:15 p.m. at the Police Department Lobby.  Stillwater residents are invited to attend to honor outgoing Mayor John Bartley and welcome new mayor Gina Noble.

Refreshments will be served. The Stillwater City Council meeting will follow the reception at 5:30 p.m.
