Take a stroll while enjoying a picture book at the Stillwater Public Library’s newest Storywalk® at Strickland Park! The first few books will feature stories promoting physical movement and healthy eating along with accessibility features like braille and audio recordings of the books. The official grand opening of the Storywalk® at Strickland Park will be held on Saturday, April 9, from 1-4 p.m. Enjoy an afternoon of family fun including a community painting project, music, dance, and therapy dogs. There will also be free books for children and snacks! Watch for updates more events to be scheduled at Strickland Park throughout the coming months at library.stillwater.org/storywalk.php.
