Stillwater Community Center, 315 W. 8th Ave.  The public will have the opportunity to brush up on their safety plans with a Severe Weather Safety Awareness Program.  The National Weather Service in Norman will be presenting on a number of topics such as understanding key weather terms, the difference between a watch and warning and cloud formations.  Emergency managers and community organizations from Payne, Logan and Lincoln counties will be on hand in the Houston Theater lobby before and after the program to talk one-on-one with residents and answer any questions that they may have.  For more information, contact Hill at the City of Stillwater Office of Emergency Management at 405-372-7484.
