Conducted by Stillwater League of Women Voters(SLWV) is set for Thursday, June 19 at 7 PM in the Payne County Commissioners Conference Room.  District 3 is the western part of Payne County.  Candidates Ted Arthur, Kent Bradley, and Fred Wheatley have agreed to participate.
