Make informed decisions at the poll this Tuesday, November 4th.  You are invited to a Meet and Greet with Payne County Assessor Candidates, James Cowan and Ted Smith.  Candidates will introduce themselves, share their candidacy and allow for attendees to visit with them.  The event is open to the public!
