Goal setting and planning is a proven component of successful individuals, teams and organizations. However, many of us have been part of cumbersome strategic planning sessions and goal setting exercises which lead to a document that does little more than sit on the shelf. It doesn't have to be that way!
This session will offer tips, techniques and tools to create a truly 'working' strategic and operating plan for you and your organization. You will receive samples and examples from other businesses, and even learn how to improve your own individual goal setting processes.
Cost is $15 for Chamber members | $20 for non- Chamber members
