In conjunction with Wákàtí, join us "Afrofuturism 2.0: The Rise of Astro-Blackness" by Dr. Reynaldo Anderson. Afrofuturism is a movement that encompasses art, literature, music, and technology and draws inspiration from African history, liberation, and visions of the future. Dr. Anderson is an Associate Professor of Communications at Harris-Stowe University, St. Louis, and an OSU alumnus. He has a book coming out in December 2015 (also called "Afrofuturism 2.0: The Rise of Astro-Blackness").
