MTC and Stillwater Library Partner to Host Free Business 101 Class on
Saturday February 21
On Saturday, February 21, The Meridian Technology Center For Business
Development will partner with the Stillwater Public Library and offer a
two-hour Business 101 program that covers the basics of building your own
business.
Brad Rickelman, Assistant Director of Meridian's Center for Business
Development, will facilitate the session and will cover the basic questions
individuals should consider when deciding to open a business. He will
discuss a variety of topics that entrepreneurs should consider, including
the necessity of market research and financials, two major areas that cause
trouble for all new businesses.
The Center for Business Development is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through networking, education, consulting and business incubation services. Assistance is available in various areas such as marketing, product planning, international business and writing business plans.
