Lake McMurtry Friends is teaming up with the City of Stillwater to host the Annual Family Fishing Tournament on July 1st, 2017. This year families will have the opportunity to fish the scenic waters of Lake McMurtry. The tournament is a great opportunity for families to engage in the sport of fishing and learn how participation enhances fishing conservation. The tournament will be held on the west side of Lake McMurtry from 6am – 11am and teams may consist of 2-4 members.The entry fee for the tournament is $20.00 per team and will include the lake day pass as well as hot dogs and drinks for participants. Final weigh in is at 11 am and prizes will be awarded to the winning participants in both boating and non-boating categories.
