Whether dressing up for a party, holiday or just for fun, young adults looking for the most outrageous, funniest or scariest costumes can get help at a Stillwater Public Library program on Tuesday, Oct. 22 at 6 p.m.  “Extreme Makeover: Costume Edition” will provide students in grades 6-12 guidance in “amping up” their gear, while also enjoying a fun costume party.

The event will include the costume makeovers and advice, games, food and prizes.
