Everyday Leaders: Tactical Confrontations

Every organization benefits when leaders create an atmosphere of accountability in the workplace and one that allows others to speak up when problems arise. This session will introduce key concepts to help develop the skills necessary to handle tactical confrontations. This is an introduction to the full-day Tactical Confrontations 101 class being offered March 27th.
