An Emergency Preparedness Fair will be held at the Payne County Fair Grounds, March 28th, from 10 am - 2 pm. Indoors there will be emergency kit information for individuals, families and pets, child ID by police, LifeNet teaching ?hands on? only CPR. Outdoors there will be emergency vehicles outside to view their insides. All is free and open to the public. Participating Organizations include: American Red Cross, Payne County Emergency Management, Stillwater?s Fire, Police, and Emergency Management, Chanel 9?s Val Castor, SEMA, National Liability Managers, 63rd National Guard Civil Support Team, Oklahoma Medical Reserve Corps, Life Net, Payne County K9 Rescue Team, Payne County Animal Response Team, Stillwater Amateur Radio, R.
