The Stillwater Downtown Halloween Festival is a fun event that brings the entire community out to downtown Stillwater. It will include trick or treating through the downtown merchants, games, inflatables, a costume contest and more. The 2014 theme is "Super Heroes" and everyone is encouraged to dress up in a creative and exciting costume for the festivities. Children and adults both will enjoy this family friendly way to celebrate Halloween.
