Parade Update:  The Christmas Parade of Lights is still scheduled for tomorrow evening at 7pm.  The inclement weather plan is as follows:

If Stillwater Public Schools close, the parade is canceled.  Otherwise, after a morning weather briefing a decision will be made and announced to the public between noon and 3pm.  There is no rain date for the parade.
