Thursdays 6:00 – 9:00 pm (No class April 30), For ages 13 and up. All proceeds from this class go to renovating the raised garden mosaic walls in the Multi Arts Center’s future Edible Community Garden. Students will learn tile making and mounting techniques. Tiles can be used as wall pieces, kitchen backsplash, or tabletops. At least five tiles made in the class will be donated to the garden project to cover the walls. Clay, glaze, tile adhesive, and grout supplies are covered in the class cost. The first six sessions of class covers the making of tiles and the last two sessions will be installation. Instructor: Nicki Wood, Executive Director of Multi Arts Center.
