Join us as we welcome Dr. Lee Manzer, Professor of Marketing for the Spears School of Business, who will enhance our awareness of the principles and techniques of establishing and maintaining a “service culture.” The discussion will take a unique approach, utilizing basketball terminology to motivate and remind employees and managers about the importance of identifying and taking care of “the little things” of service. Dr. Manzer is a nationally recognized expert on service implementation and a recent inductee into the Oklahoma Higher Education Hall of Fame.
