Bias in the Workplace

Please join us to hear from Kyla Lewis, an expert in diversity training, and organizational development, as she conceptualize the biases in the workplace and the part it plays inequality in the workforce. Individuals will be able to identify different biases that are prevalent in the workplace and the role they play in creating a more equitable workplace.

Kyla Lewis has trained numerous companies and higher education institutions across the state. Her background is in human relations, business, and marketing. The work Kyla has conducted has resolved around DEI initiatives and business while also holding seats on various DEI and organizational committees. Kyla holds a Bachelor's in Marketing as well as a Master's in Human Relations, with a certificate in human resource diversity and development.
