The Chamber's Government Affairs Committee focuses on community outreach and legislative advocacy. The committee meets monthly and hosts a variety of event to encourage community engagement with local, state. and federal legislators. On an as-needed basis, the committee holds candidate forums for relevant elections.
The committee also produces an annual Legislative Agenda as well as a Local Government Agenda to advocate for business-friendly legislation and ordinances.
