State of the University
The Stillwater Chamber will host Oklahoma State University's President Burns Hargis on Friday, October 14 at October's Business at Lunch. Hargis named the 18th President of OSU and the OSU System in December 2007 took office in March 2008. During the past eight years, Hargis has guided OSU to record enrollment and fundraising bringing his vision of creating a modern land-grant university to life. Hargis received the state's highest honor when he was inducted into the Oklahoma Hall of Fame in 2009.
