Lake McMurtry is holding its 1st Annual June Bug Jog! This 5K (3.1 mile) fun run is great for both families and individuals!
The run starts at 8 am on the east side of the lake, with registration and sign-ins from 7-7:45 at the east side pavilion. Cost is $20 for adults and $15 for kids 12 & under. Registration comes with an event t-shirt and refreshments.
All proceeds go to the non-profit organization, Lake McMurtry Friends, Inc. to help maintain and promote the park.
