Registration fees cover a round of golf with a cart, lunch, door prizes and the opportunity to network with OSU students.

Teams and individual golfers must submit a registration form. Please be sure to include the names of your team members and handicaps on your registration form. Click the icon on the right to download, print, and mail in your registration form. To register online, follow the link at the bottom of this page.

Registration begins at 7 a.m., rules will be read at 8:15 a.m. and a shotgun start will kick things off at 8:30 a.m. Lakeside Golf Course is located at 5201 N. Washington in Stillwater.

Trophies will be awarded to the top teams and to individuals for top skills. There will also be a drawing for door prizes during the golf tournament.

The hole-in-one contest will be for an all expenses paid seven-day trip for two to the Caribbean! Mulligan and door prize tickets will be available to purchase at the golf tournament registration.

If you would like to attend the golf tournament, but do not plan to play, you may pay $20 for lunch. Students are also invited to play for $50. Tournament fee waivers may be made available to current OSU students.

Sponsorship Opportunities
There are opportunities for corporate and individual sponsorship. The levels of sponsorship are:

• Gold Sponsors $1,250 — You or your organization will be recognized with a sign at registration, a tee box sign, a complimentary registered team, recognition during the awards luncheon and on the Black Alumni Association webpage.

• Silver Sponsors $1,000 — You or your organization will be recognized with a sign at registration, a tee box sign, a complimentary registered team and on the Black Alumni Association webpage.

• Bronze Sponsors $750 — You or your organization will be recognized with a tee box sign, a complimentary registered team and on the Black Alumni Association webpage.

• Hole Sponsor $250 — You or your organization will be recognized with a tee box sign and on the Black Alumni Association webpage.

• Patron Sponsors $50 — You or your organization will be recognized at the reception and on the Black Alumni Association webpage.

If you would like more information on being a tournament sponsor, please contact the OSU Alumni Association at 800.433.4678 or your local Black Alumni member. All proceeds from the tournament will be applied to the scholarship funds maintained by the Black Alumni of the OSU Alumni Association.

The OSU Black Alumni ask for your assistance in collecting the following items for the 17th Annual Golf Tournament.

• Student Sponsorships - If you do not fill your team roster, you may request an OSU student to play. Student sponsorships are available for $85 each.
• Banners - We would like to display the corporate banners of all sponsors at the tournament. If you have a banner you would like displayed please contact us.
• Goodie Bags/Door Prizes - Donations of corporate promotional items will be included in participant goodie bags and door prizes. Goodie bag items are needed to cover 100-120 golfers. Door prizes will also be given to participants during the event.
• Hole Prizes - We will offer two closest to the pin prizes, one prize for longest drive, and one prize for the straightest drive.
