For example, my day to day job tasks are training new and veteran agents, support center for underwriting and quoting, communicating messages from Farmers Corporate, providing incentives and contests for my agents, teaching you prudent marketing strategies - such as, utilizing the Farmers Agent Website Program, and most importantly aiding you in setting and achieving realistic goals.
I will sit down with you to discuss your needs and goals, just as my agents and registered representatives do when they tailor insurance and financial programs to their customers.
If you decide that you have the right stuff to sell Farmers insurance and securities products, I will work with you in obtaining the necessary licenses and then we will go through Farmers products training. After that, the sky?s the limit!
