When you answer the telephone, you’re not just the voice of your company. You are the company. Telephone etiquette is a serious issue, but we will take a humorous approach to it by emphasizing what not to say while on the telephone. This is an enjoyable and useful workshop for anyone who regularly (or even occasionally) answers the phone for your organization.
