Even the most conscientious of employees need a reminder every now and then about the importance of quality customer service - to their jobs, to their employers and to their communities. The PRIDE program is offered by Payne County OSU Extension. This is a workshop that presents basic hospitality skills, but also places an emphasis on how frontline employees impact the entire community through their use of those skills. Because of this community emphasis, the program is recommended for all types of businesses and organizations, including retail, services, non-profits, and government agencies. When good hospitality and quality customer service spread through our community, everybody wins!
The Small Business Training Series are made up of educational resource training to equip businesses with the necessary tools for growth and longevity. The training will focus on business expansion through goal setting and workforce development along with basic business skills.
