Marcy Luter is a Project Manager on the Workforce & Economic Development Team at Meridian Technology Center, where she regularly works with businesses to meet their goals through leadership and staff development training, coaching and consulting. She graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2004 with a degree in Agricultural Communications, and then spent 5 years in the OSU Career Services office, connecting students and alumni with employers through career fairs, job interviews and other activities. She is a certified facilitator and trainer for FranklinCovey, Gallup’s StrengthsQuest assessment, Development Dimensions International, AchieveGlobal and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Marcy lives on a farm in Morrison with her husband Ryan and two children.
