Women Who Lead Remarkably
Despite the obvious biological differences between women and men, women do face different challenges in the work world, especially leadership. Those women who lead remarkably have and will continue to shape our society from the board room to the laundry room with many a valuable lesson to teach us all.
Far from a feminist manifesto, this session unpacks some self and environmentally imposed obstacles women continue to face and includes a collection of some of the best “how to” advice from the women throughout history and right under our noses today.
Join us as Sara Bradshaw Ray, founder of SynerDynamics Group, leads a discussion on developing female leaders and the unique challenges they face. With a lifelong passion for leadership, Sara has more than 30 years of industry experience and knowledge. She will facilitate a dialogue with Malinda Berry Fischer, a Stillwater native and powerful leader. Malinda stands out for her professional and philanthropic leadership, namely her recognition as an OSU Leadership Legacy in 2002 and in the OSU Alumni Hall of Fame.
