City Manager Norman McNickle and Deputy City Manager Melissa Reames will share information on upcoming bond possibilities and various city projects and developments.
Norman McNickle has served the City of Stillwater since 1976. He served in the police department where he worked up the ranks to become chief of police in 1987. He was named interim city manager in December 2015, and Stillwater City Council unanimously approved him as Stillwater city manager in February 2016.
Melissa Reames spent 30 years in accounting and government finances before being selected as the chief financial officer for the City of Stillwater in January 2016.
