The Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer's is the world's largest event to raise awareness and funds for Alzheimer's care, support and research. Held annually in more than 600 communities nationwide, this inspiring event calls on participants of all ages and abilities to reclaim the future for millions.
Thanks to the dollars raised at events like the Walk to End Alzheimer's, we are able to reach more than 60,400 people across Oklahoma with our free community educational programs, support groups for affected families, information and referral services, public health initiatives, and family counseling. We also help to fund more than 100 new international research projects, looking for ways to cure, slow or prevent Alzheimer's diesese.
