Do you have that one person that bugs you or drives you absolutely crazy? Maybe they're coworker, a family member, a fellow parent or another young professional in the community. We all have that one person that we lose patience with in conversation or interaction. We'll host Lorinda Schrammel, Manager of Training and Development at Oklahoma State University. As an integral part of Human Resources she provides training and professional development opportunities for approximately 5,000 faculty and staff members.
