Chef Tiffany Poe has been sharing her passion for food and hospitality education for more than a decade. She is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, Oklahoma State University and Le Cordon Bleu. She is the owner of Tiffany Poe Culinary Services a consulting, food styling and corporate coaching company. She is currently the Director of Culinary Operations and Clinical Instructor of Food Studies at Oklahoma State University School of Hotel and Restaurant Administration. She has conducted food styling, recipe development and testing service for many clients who include the Food Network, Food Network Magazine, Lades Home Journal, Country Woman, Southwest Dairy Farmers, Pioneer Woman, Reader's Digest, Land O'Lakes, and Bush's Baked Beans. She is also the current owner of Grandview Inn Bed and Breakfast at Osage County's Historic Bed and Breakfast.
