Help us welcome Jill Castilla to our monthly luncheon. Jill Castilla is the President and CEO of Citizens Bank of Edmond.  Jill will be joining us to provide insight on leadership and community engagement.
 
Jill is passionate about her community and is involved with multiple organizations serving on the board for Edmond Public Schools Foundation, Edmond Chamber of Commerce, University of Central Oklahoma Foundation, YMCA of Greater Oklahoma City, Peppers Ranch foster care community and Neighborhood Services Organization. She also serves in leadership roles with the American Bankers Association, Independent Community Bankers of America and their state run associations. 
 
Jill is the recipient of American Banker’s “Community Banker of the Year,” The Journal Record’s “Most Admired CEOs in Oklahoma” and Bank Director’s “Most Innovative CEOs in Banking.” She has also led the bank to win countless awards and recognitions, including back-to-back recipients of American Banker’s “Top Team” in 2014 and 2015.
 
Jill has served our country in the U.S. Army and Oklahoma Army National Guard. Prior to joining Citizens Bank, she worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and with a community bank in Minnesota. She is the 4th generation of ownership and management at Citizens Bank. Her academic background includes a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Graduate School of Banking. Jill is a distinguished alumna of Hawaii Pacific University. She and her husband of 22 years have three children.
